After some beautiful weekend weather, the mild air will hold into Monday across the region. Overnight rain showers should mainly exit the region by sunrise on Monday. Clouds will mix with amounts of sunshine through our Monday, giving us a chance to dry out a bit. Afternoon temperatures should climb through the 60s to near 70° for an afternoon high on Monday.
Clouds will linger through Monday night and into Tuesday morning, where another round of patchy drizzle and spotty rain showers will be possible. Tuesday doesn’t look like a washout, but we could be dodging some spotty showers ahead of a cold front. That cold front will bring major changes for Wednesday and Thursday, where highs will struggle to reach 50°… and the NW wind could make for wind chills in the 30s and 40s. Certainly not arctic air, but definitely a reminder that we haven’t fully crossed over into spring.
Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend, and has a great start to the work week!
