After a soaked Sunday, which saw steady periods of light to moderate rain through sunset… Monday has the hopes of being better. We should see some breaks of sunshine, especially in the morning. But latest guidance is suggesting that the afternoon may see clouds return… with a few spot showers possible around the Hudson Valley.
You can see the close up of the Hudson Valley has a few spotty areas of light rain. Temperatures are expected to climb into the upper 60s and near 70°, but the increasing clouds and spot showers could hold temps down a few degrees. All in all, the day looks dramatically better than Sunday… but could have a spotty afternoon shower or patchy drizzle in spots.
Looking to Tuesday, things warm up considerably… into the mid 70s. That’s out ahead of a cold front, with scattered showers and a thunderstorm Tuesday Afternoon. Our weather has been trying the patience of many waiting for spring to arrive. Things look to gradually improve this week… but there will be bumps in the road. Have a great Monday!
