Winds begin to increase around midday tomorrow and will remain gusty into Friday.

The period of strongest wind gusts appears the be from about noon Thursday into Friday Morning which is the second image attached. You can see the area of 35+ mph winds is a bit more widespread in coverage during this time frame with some higher elevations seeing gusts over 45mph.

Despite this period having the highest gusts, it winds will pick up as early as tomorrow and it will remain windy at times during the periods of snow associated with the clipper passes though. Blustery winds will also linger into Friday morning before beginning to subside. Please be prepared for the potential for blowing snow, isolated tree damage, and take steps to secure outdoor decorations. In addition we may see some dangerously low windchills are possible overnight Thursday into Friday.
