It’s been a VERY soggy week, with parts of the lower Hudson Valley seeing nearly 2 months of rain in the past week. For at least the next few days, summer is going to try and make one final stand.
Sunday is featuring wall to wall sunshine, and highs in the mid 70s. Monday we’ll watch high pressure really settle in, and temperatures will climb into the mid and upper 70s under sunny skies. Tuesday and Wednesday look hot by October standards, with highs around 80° expected.
Our next storm system will be a cold front approaching by Friday into Saturday. Rain is possible to close the work week, and may last into the weekend. But behind the front will be a cool blast of Canadian air, with highs in the upper 50s and lows possibly in the upper 30s.
We hope everyone has a wonderful end to the weekend, and has a beautiful start to the work week!
