Unseasonably cold air started our Memorial Day weekend… along with the remnants of a late spring Nor’easter. But we finally saw some beautiful weather to close out the weekend.

That beautiful weather will continue on Tuesday, with sunshine mixing with increasing clouds through the afternoon. We’ll have to enjoy our nice weather on Tuesday, ahead of more unsettled weather coming by Wednesday night.
A wave of low pressure will push through Wednesday night into Thursday, and bring periods of scattered rain showers Wednesday night and Thursday. The unsettled weather likely lingers on Friday… ahead of yet another late spring nor’easter. A coastal storm is likely to develop Friday into Saturday, and push into New England. Current guidance suggests that the low pressure and rain could be far enough east to miss the Hudson Valley. So we’ll have to watch the computer guidance trends to see how much rain we’ll expect the next several days. Be sure to check back as we go through the week.
