Forecast Discussion…
We’ve had measurable rainfall on the weekend extending back for so long, it’s been roughly 2 months of rain on the weekend. Unfortunately, this weekend will be no different. Clouds are already in place on this Friday afternoon… and we’re watching a batch of rain heading for the region tonight that will give us a wet start to the weekend. Periods of light to moderate rainfall will be with us overnight Friday, on into Saturday morning. The rainfall band should press south during the day… and by noon, we should begin to dry out from north to south. We’ll remain cloudy and cool through the afternoon on Saturday, likely struggling into the low and mid 60s for afternoon highs.

Mostly cloudy skies will linger Saturday night and into Sunday. Father’s Day looks mainly dry… but the question to answer will be… “How much sunshine do we get?” The answer to this question is up for debate, but the answer will have big implications for our afternoon temperatures. If we get some sunshine… temps could jump into the mid 70s. However, if low clouds hold on… temps could be pinned in the low to mid 60s. We’ll have to see how things turn out.

Even if Mother Nature isn’t going to fully cooperate… we hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
